We have developed our own core network enabling us to provide fast reliable internet to our community. All of our services are delivered wirelessly using both licenced and unlicensed spectrums of the 900mhz, 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies.

Our services are delivered via a Enterprise Grade Fibre Connection to our environment with a maximum SLA of
12Hours 24-7. with a maximum downtime allowable of no more than .05% this means an uptime of 99.95%. in the event that there is a fault with your system. Our Network Monitoring system will alert us the event usually before you notice from your end.  

No. we deliver our services via a enterprise grade fibre connection on our own independent Wireless Delivery Network.
Although we cannot guarantee that your network traffic does not travel through NBN's network once it leaves us. we can guarantee that your service and our network is not part of the NBN.
